The Wuhan Tianhe International Airport witnessed a new high in passenger traffic of the year, as 107,000 passenger trips recorded on the day of August 10, the airport said.

During the summer travel rush this year, the numbers of flight and passenger flow at the airport have maintained a high level. In July alone, the airport registered a monthly record of 2,915,000 passenger trips, the highest since its operation. From Aug.1 to 10, the airport seen the daily passenger trips of nine days exceed 100,000.
