The 2024 Wuhan (Hankoubei) Commodities Fair opened on Tuesday in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province.

Diplomatic envoys from more than 30 countries, heads of chambers of commerce, business representatives from ASEAN countries and over 1,000 entrepreneurs attended the fair.

This year’s fair featured six major exhibition areas, including Industrial Internet, imported goods, intelligent manufacturing, ASEAN agricultural products, international flowers, and automobiles.

A host of trade projects worth approximately 60 billion yuan were signed at the opening ceremony.

The event will last until November 18. A series of economic and trade activities such as Global Digital Trade Conference will be organized during the event, so as to demonstrate the latest achievements of business logistics and digital trade in Wuhan. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei）
