To celebrate the upcoming International Women's Day on March 8, more than 30 scenic spots and entertainment venues in Wuhan have rolled out preferential policies for female visitors this week, including free admissions, half-price tickets, and gift giveaways.

Several attractions will offer free adimission to female visitors, including Mulan Yunwu Mountain (March 7-9), Dayu Bay (March 8), Mulan Mountain (March 8, with social media repost required), Yaojiashan (March 7-8), Mulan Flower Sea Paradise (March 7-8), and Jiuzhen Mountain (March 8).

A number of scenic spots are offering half-price tickets for female visitors, including Wuhan Flower Expo (March 4-15), WS Dreamland (March 2-20), Wuhan Wildlife Kingdom (March 3-8), Qingliangzhai (March 7-8), Mulan Heaven Lake, and Longquan Mountain.

From March 7 to 8, Wuhan Botanical Garden will give away 2,000 tulips to female visitors, while the Eye of East Lake Ferris wheel scenic spot will present 1,000 roses to women taking a ride. Other popular destinations such as Wuhan Polar Ocean Resort, Happy Valley, and Wuhan Garden Expo Park have also launched special tickets during the period. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Ruan Xinqi)
