Central China's Hubei Province saw its foreign trade with countries and regions along the Belt and Road rise by 34.5 percent year on year to 127.86 billion yuan in the first 11 months of 2021, local customs authorities said on December 28.

Of the total, exports posted 102.29 billion yuan, up 38.3 percent from the same period last year, while imports gained 21.3 percent to 25.57 billion yuan.

In November, Hubei’s foreign trade with countries and regions along the Belt and Road totaled 14.73 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 17.8 percent.

It has set a new monthly record since December 2019, accounting for 28.2 percent of the province's total import and export value during the period. （en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei）
