The list of China’s top 500 private enterprises for 2022 was released by All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce on September 9. 19 Hubei enterprises were inscribed onto this list, ranking seventh nationwide and first in central China in terms of number.

The 500 private enterprises were ranked by operating revenue, and threshold of which registered 26.367 billion yuan this year, an increase of 3.297 billion yuan over the previous year. The shortlisted enterprises from Hubei posed a total revenue of 917.513 billion yuan and total assets of 905.893 billion yuan.

Zall Holdings Co., Ltd. and Jointown Pharmaceutical Group, taking the lead among the 19 enterprises, respectively bagged the 65th spot and 68th spot on the list with both revenues exceeding 120 billion yuan.

In addition, the lists of China's top 500 private manufacturing enterprises and China's top 100 private enterprises in service industry for 2022 were released at the same time, seeing 12 Hubei enterprises shortlisted into the former and 5 into the latter. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Deng Xinyu and Ruan Xinqi)
