Wuhan had seen 348 trips made by China-Europe freight trains in 2022 by September 14, marking 85 percent of the total number of last year and a record high over the past ten years.

Based on previous operations, the freight train service was expanded in Wuhan this year. On August 2, the route linking the city and Romania was opened. And on August 26, the first special train exporting tea set off for Russia.

Besides, there will be three outbound trains leave on September 15 and 16, shipping a load of electronic products and various daily necessities from Wuhan to Germany, Russia and other European countries.
