Six cities in Hubei Province were included into the list of China’s top 100 industrial districts (cities) in 2023, which was published by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) on December 7, 2023.

According to the rankings, Yidu took the 51st place, followed by Xiantao (71st), Daye (74th), Zhijiang (76th), Hanchuan (89th) and Zaoyang (100th).

In total, the 100 districts (cities) have contributed 9.9 percent to China's gross domestic product (GDP) and 14.5 percent to the country's industrial value added. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Ruan Xinqi)
