Hubei companies ride RCEP momentum to boost foreign trade
Wuhan Customs issued 1,231 certificates of origin under the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement in the first quarter of 2024, with exported goods worth 274 million yuan.
On April 1, Japan trimmed import tariffs under the RCEP agreement for the fourth time. "Our products exported to Japan enjoy the benefits of tax reduction in stages. We are more confident to explore the Japanese market," said Mao Yun, head of Hubei Botao Fiber Co., Ltd.
