More than 30 enterprises from Hubei Province will participate in the 13th Central China Investment and Trade Exposition (Expo Central China), scheduled from May 31 to June 2 in Changsha, Hunan Province.

The enterprises will be present at an exhibition area dedicated to competitive industrial chains of Hubei Province, so as to showcase Hubei’s new achievements in industrial development.

During the expo, Hubei will also hold a project matchmaking conference on industry chain and supply chain of new materials in the central region.

Since it was first launched in 2006, the expo has played an important role in promoting the coordinated development of regional economy and expanding the opening up of the central region. Six provinces in China's central region, namely Hunan, Henan, Hubei, Anhui, Jiangxi and Shanxi, have taken turns to host the expo. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei）
