China-Europe (Wuhan) freight trains see more daily departures

Three trains, carrying solar photovoltaic modules, solar panels, charging piles and epidemic prevention supplies, departed from Wujiashan station in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province for Duisburg, Germany on May 21.


It has set a new record in terms of daily departures since the launching of China-Europe (Wuhan) freight trains.


The Wujiashan station has increased the number of weekly departures this year. In the second week of May, Wuhan registered 13 outbound trips and 4 inbound trips made by China-Europe freight trains.


Since its operation in 2012, China-Europe (Wuhan) freight trains have transported goods to 76 cities in 34 countries across the Eurasia via 30 regular cross-border routes.
