The 2nd International Conference of Fashion and Sustainability (ICFS 2023）was held on Nov. 26 in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province.

With the theme of “Integration·Sharing”, the conference focused on the forefront of international fashion industry, and discussed new challenges and measures for sustainable development, as well as new paths for talent training.

The event attracted more than 200 experts, scholars and business representatives from the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Portugal, the Netherlands, Bangladesh and Greece.

A number of scholars from home and abroad delivered keynote presentations during the conference, including Prof. Xu Weilin from Wuhan Textile University, and Prof. Savvas Vassiliadis from the Association of Universities for Textiles.

The event also featured an exhibition of works and a fashion show, with the aim of promoting the sustainable development of the fashion industry. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei）
