An art exhibition under the theme of the Yangtze River, as a sub-event of the upcoming Yangtze River Culture and Art Season, will be held at the Hubei Museum of Art in Wuhan on Sunday.

The exhibition is co-hosted by the Chinese Artists Association, the Publicity Department of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Hubei Province, the Hubei Provincial Federation of Literature and Art Circles, and jointly organized by the Hubei Provincial Artists Association and the Hubei Museum of Art.

A total of 108 art works, produced by artists from provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of the Yangtze River Basin, will be displayed at the exhibition. These works cover a variety of painting categories, including Chinese paintings, oil paintings, woodblock paintings, watercolor, lacquer paintings and experimental images.
