The 15th Wuhan International Acrobatic Festival will be held from October 25 to 28 in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province, local authorities said at a press briefing on Monday.

A total of 18 shows will be staged by acrobats from 15 countries including China, Russia, Germany, Kazakhstan, Ethiopia and Hungary.

The four major categories of international acrobatic art, such as high-wire performance, ground performance, magic show and burlesque, will be showcased.

Founded in 1992, the Wuhan International Acrobatic Festival is held biennially. The past festivals have witnessed more than 3,000 acrobatic artists from 58 countries and regions, as well as 380 excellent shows. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei）
