2026 Wuhan Marathon to take place on March 22
The 2026 Wuhan Marathon will start at 7:30 a.m. on Mar. 22, crossing seven administrative districts in the city's downtown area, according to a press conference held on Mar. 5, 2026, in Wuhan City, Hubei Province.
A total of 30,000 runners are expected to participate in the race this year, competing in the 42.195-km full marathon and the 21.097-km half marathon.
All runners will start from Sanyang Road. The finish line for the half marathon will remain at Shujuan Road, while that for the full marathon will be moved from Wuhan Happy Valley to the Qingshan Bund.
The race packet pickup will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Mar. 19 and 20 — extended by two hours compared to previous years. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Ruan Xinqi)
